01 / Overview
What the portal is used for
The MSL Partners web portal helps authorized customers view loyalty points, manage downstream customers, transfer points, submit redemption requests, and receive official communication.
Important note
Menus and actions are shown according to the user account, customer group, and active company policy. If a feature is not visible, the account may not be eligible for that action.
Dashboard
View redeemable points, total earned points, pending requests, recent activity, and your transfer QR.
Customers
Add, approve, activate, deactivate, and invite downstream customers when your account has permission.
Transfer
Transfer points to eligible downstream participants by QR code or registered mobile number.
Redeem
Submit redemption requests, check quarterly eligibility, and track approval, rejection, or fulfilment status.
Wallet
Review wallet entries with transaction dates, product quantities, invoice references, points, and balance.
Media
Open product videos, promotional images, tutorials, and published updates in a unified media feed.
02 / Before You Start
Access requirements
Users sign in with a registered Indian mobile number and a one-time password. Keep the registered phone available before starting.
Registered profile
The mobile number must be registered against a customer profile.
OTP verification
A six-digit OTP verifies the session before dashboard access is granted.
Approval status
Pending profiles must be approved before full portal access is available.
04 / Common Tasks
How to complete key tasks
Follow these steps for everyday portal actions. Some tasks appear only when the account is eligible.
Sign in with OTP
- 1Open the MSL Partners portal.
- 2Select Sign In.
- 3Enter the registered Indian mobile number.
- 4Enter the six-digit OTP received on the registered number.
- 5Select Verify OTP to open the dashboard.
Read the dashboard
- 1Open Dashboard after signing in.
- 2Check the redeemable points panel for the current available balance.
- 3Use quick actions for Redeem, Transfer, Wallet, or Media when visible.
- 4Use My Transfer QR to download or share your QR code.
- 5Review Recent Activity for the latest wallet movement.
Check wallet activity
- 1Open Wallet from the top menu or mobile bottom navigation.
- 2Review wallet entries, earned points, redeemed points, balance, product details, and invoice reference.
- 3Use pagination when more records are available.
Add or manage customers
- 1Open Customers when the menu is available for your account.
- 2Select Add Customer and enter the customer profile details.
- 3Choose the correct customer group and customer type.
- 4Submit the form, then approve, activate, or deactivate customers when required.
- 5Copy or share invite links only with intended downstream customers.
Redeem points
- 1Open Redeem from the portal navigation.
- 2Review available balance and the current redemption quarter.
- 3Enter the number of points to redeem.
- 4Submit the request and monitor the status under My Redemption Requests.
Transfer by QR code
- 1Open Transfer.
- 2Select Transfer by QR Code.
- 3Scan the recipient QR code or paste the QR code value manually.
- 4Select product, enter quantity in KGS, add optional purchase amount or invoice reference, and submit.
Transfer by mobile number
- 1Open Transfer.
- 2Select Transfer by Mobile No.
- 3Enter the recipient registered mobile number.
- 4Add product and quantity details, then submit the transfer.
Update profile
- 1Open the profile menu and select Profile.
- 2Upload or remove a profile image if required.
- 3Update contact, address, UPI, bank account, IFSC, and account holder details.
- 4Select Save Changes.
Review notifications
- 1Select the notification icon in the top header.
- 2Open Notifications to view the full inbox.
- 3Read messages related to profile approval, points, transfers, redemption, and announcements.
- 4Use Mark read or Mark all as read after reviewing the messages.
05 / Mobile View
Using the portal on a phone
The portal is designed for desktop and mobile browsers. Core tasks are arranged to work comfortably on phone screens.
Bottom navigation
On phones, main modules appear in a fixed bottom bar for thumb-friendly access.
Top actions
Notifications, profile, logout, and theme controls stay in the top header.
Stacked records
Wide tables convert into readable cards so customer and wallet details do not require pinching.
Responsive content
Forms, QR panels, media cards, and status messages reflow for mobile browser use.
Recommended mobile usage
Use a current mobile browser, allow camera permission only for QR scanning, and keep the phone unlocked while completing OTP, transfer, or redemption steps.
06 / Security
Safe usage guidelines
The portal handles customer, wallet, bank, tax, and redemption data. Use it carefully, especially on shared or public devices.
Do not share OTPs, QR codes, invite links, or account access outside authorized business use.
Sign out from shared devices after every session.
Verify recipient mobile number, product, quantity, and invoice reference before submitting a transfer.
Keep bank, UPI, Aadhaar, GST, address, and WhatsApp details accurate for smooth redemption processing.
07 / Troubleshooting
Common issues and corrective action
OTP is not received
Confirm that the registered mobile number is correct, wait briefly, and request OTP again. Contact support if the number is inactive.
Account is pending approval
The profile must be approved by an authorized administrator before portal access is granted.
Camera scan is unavailable
Use HTTPS or localhost, allow camera permission, and retry. If scanning is still unavailable, paste the QR code manually.
Redemption cannot be submitted
Check minimum points, available balance, quarterly limits, and whether your customer group is eligible.
A menu item is missing
The portal shows modules based on account role, customer group, and active policy configuration.
